    Customers outside the UK are not charged UK VAT. However, you are responsible for paying any applicable taxes, duties and customs charges required by the destination country. Your courier may contact you for payment before your parcel can be delivered.

  • Instructions on how to process a return:

    • Please message us here explaining why you are returning the item before dispatching any goods to us. Approved returns will receive a returns authorisation. Returns sent without approval may incur handling charges.

    • We will accept unused items in their original packaging and condition.

    • You must inform us within 14 days if you wish to cancel your order or would like a refund.

    • For hygiene reasons, items will not be accepted if they have been used. All packaging and labels must remain intact.

    • If you choose to return items for any reason other than damaged or incorrect goods, delivery charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for return shipping costs.

    • Please obtain and retain proof of postage for all returns. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.

    • If the product(s) are damaged in transit, faulty upon receipt, or not the items you ordered, we will provide either a replacement or a full refund (including original delivery costs) and cover reasonable return shipping costs. Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that appear used or do not meet our criteria.
